Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK): The Korean government requires international students to possess a certain level of proficiency in Korean language.
In the case of applicants from countries where the public education system requires less than 12 years of education, admission may be granted if they completed all elementary and middle school courses in that country and the head of the university where they wish to enter is able to verify it through supporting documents such as graduation certificate.
